82 Brewing Co & Distillery delivers craft gin nationwide across South Africa.

Delivery Days: In compliance with the National Liquor Act 59 of 2003 and applicable provincial liquor legislation, we do not dispatch or deliver alcohol on Sundays or religious public holidays (including Good Friday and Christmas Day). Orders placed on these days will be processed and dispatched on the next available trading day.

Delivery Costs: Standard delivery is R75. Orders over R750 qualify for free delivery, automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on location within South Africa.

Age Verification on Delivery: All deliveries require the recipient to be 18 years or older, in line with the National Liquor Act. Valid photo ID may be requested by the courier. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, without refund of delivery costs, if age cannot be verified or if the person accepting delivery appears intoxicated.

Order Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us at info@82brew.co.za or WhatsApp +27 68 726 4238 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
