Every bottle we make started as something that shouldn't have worked — wrong combinations, stubborn experiments, batches we almost threw out. That restless, never-play-it-safe approach shaped our craft gin range: Amber Energy, Floral Fusion, and The Cocktail.

On the beer side, we're known for Sedi Lager — a refined, easy-drinking International Amber Lager with a reddish-copper hue and clean fermentation profile. We've built a community around it, hosting regular tastings and social events for Johannesburg's craft beer and gin crowd.
